30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

- The item is in the same condition you received it

- It is unworn or unused.

- The tags are still attached.

- It’s in the original packaging.

- You have your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Getting started is easy! Just email us at hello@christiangifts305.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll:

- Send you a prepaid return shipping label.

- Provide step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return won’t be accepted, so be sure to contact us first.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if:

- Your item is defective.

- Your item is damaged.

- You received the wrong item.

We’ll review the issue and work with you on a solution as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

Want a different size, color, or item?

The fastest way is to:

1. Request a return for the item you have.

2. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

This helps ensure your new item doesn’t sell out while the return is being processed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

- Your bank or credit card company may take a little time to process and post the refund.
