Shipping policy

Made for a meaningful moment

Every gift is a chance to share love and encouragement. Thank you for choosing us to be part of that moment. Each item is made to order, with time to prepare it before it begins its journey to you.

When to expect your gift

For our Artisan Cross necklaces with a snake chain or Cuban link chain, allow an estimated 5 to 10 business days for delivery with standard US shipping. This includes 3 to 5 business days to prepare your gift and 2 to 5 business days in transit.

Your gift may arrive sooner. Timing varies by product, location and season, and busy periods or carrier delays can extend the estimate. Other products and international destinations may have different delivery times.

Choosing your shipping

You can see available shipping services and charges at checkout. An expedited option, when offered, can shorten the journey after your gift ships. Your item will still need its usual preparation time. International delivery also includes any time needed for customs processing.

With you along the way

We'll email your tracking link when your gift ships, so you can follow its progress. It can take a little time for the carrier to post its first update.
